Leonard Sym is an entrepreneur for the last nineteen years in Central Scotland. His business focuses on a range of complementary services within business consultancy and training. Apart from offering business consultancy services, he offered business development services to clients in the Central and Eastern Europe. His has electronics and engineering background and obtained his first degree in Economics and an MBA – both at Glasgow University, Scotland.Leonard provides integrated business services covering training; management, leadership development, coaching and mentoring: consultancy; business and innovation planning and fund raising: executive and business coaching as well as mentoring.
Leonard is now tutoring within the Open University’s MBA programme as well as designing distance learning material for Robert Gordon’s University Business School. He has completed an MSc in Human Resource Management (2012) to update skills as part of a comprehensive CPD programme.

Ramin is an independent senior consultant based in Geneva, Switzerland. He provides Facilitation, Training, Coaching and Strategy services. He has specialized in delivering facilitation to teams as well as competency and organizational learning and training with the international Organizations sector and Multinational Corporations. He has provided his services and skills in more than 25 countries worldwide and four continents.
Ramin holds an MBA, has pursued his Ph.D. at the LSE in the UK on the rise of cosmopolitanism and the political and sociological effects of globalization on the nation-state, after obtaining his Master of Arts in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from the University of Kent, as well as degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto. Ramin is a certified United Nations (UN) Trainer and Coach, and he is furthermore a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified Coach, as well as with the Leadership Style Analysis (LSA). He has been trained as a Mediator in both Paris and London. He is also a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IFA).
Ramin has published in academic journals on the topic of globalization and cosmopolitanism (between 1999-2004), gave numerous academic papers and workshops at the International Studies Association and contributed a substantial chapter in an academic book in 2009.

Mike heads Procurro Solutions a new Partner of Swissinnovision, which focuses on Business Analysis, Agile Frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Lean & Kanban) and Project Management for both medium and large-sized multinational organizations. Originally from Los Angeles, Mike has been living in Vienna for the last 26 years and brings over 30 years of experience as a manager, trainer, coach, consultant, and practitioner, both regionally and globally.
Apart from holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Mike holds a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL-F) and Project Portfolio Management Professional certification.
One of his recent projects in 2015 was to teach a Massive Open Online Course in Business Analysis for 12,000 students and is currently writing a book titled The Business Analysis Navigator, which will be published this year.

Ľubica runs a consulting business in Bratislava, Slovakia. She provides consulting services in the field of human resources and talent management. She designs and implements complex projects focused on identifying and developing potential of individuals, teams and organizations. She helps clients implement talent management processes in a way that brings value in terms of improving their performance. In addition to trainings Ľubica is providing also career counselling and coaching services to managers, high potentials and entrepreneurs in start-ups. Born in the United States, she has worked on four continents and is currently based in Bratislava. Her 20-year career as a non-profit manager and consultant has brought her significant international management experience, which she applies in coaching and training.
Janet’s experience and talent help clients discover their untapped potential and power to communicate effectively through soft skills training, particularly in giving professional presentations in English.
Prior to living in Central Europe, Janet worked in social marketing for health where she developed, managed and implemented health marketing projects worldwide with a focus on developing countries. In addition, she has focused on critical thinking as a university level instructor of international politics in Slovakia.
Janet received her master’s degree (MA) in international relations at Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a specialization in Business Diplomacy and Central and Eastern Europe. She also holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in modern languages and literature from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Pablo is an entrepreneur and running a consulting business since 2004. He dedicates his services to providing effective and tailored hands-on advice to firms seeking to improve their portfolios, business and governance models. He provides ongoing training programs in best practices of governance for owners, shareholders, board members, family councils and advisors. In addition, he works directly with boards of directors to improve their companies’ governance structures – for both private and public enterprises.

Richard (Rick) is called “truly international”, born in Toronto, Canada, and also raised in Chicago, Illinois and London, England. He subsequently has lived and worked in 8 countries. Richard’s career is grounded in sales that evolved unexpectedly but successfully into training and development.
Richard has commercial career experience with companies of excellence such as Qantas Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Dubai Petroleum Company, and Emirates Airlines. During a rich career, he has held challenging positions such as Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Leadership Skills Training Manager and Assistant Director Leadership & Learning. He has an international experience by having lived in 10 different countries and trained people in 54 countries around the world.
Richard incorporates his valuable background into appropriate training of various levels in Leadership and Management subjects. He believes in bringing innovative and creative ideas to his training that engage and enthuse his audiences worldwide. He has delivered hundreds of presentations, from small seminars, and informal one to one sales presentations, to large formal presentations for up to five hundred guests.
